Your Strategy Session
NOTE: If there is a Wage Garnishment or Bank Levy on you, call us immediately. We’ll make a phone call to see if we can get those pulled off right away. Also, if you have received a letter from the IRS signed by someone with the words Revenue Officer in their title, call us immediately. The RO will need a phone call pronto.
If you have IRS letters coming at you, you should be glad you found this page. There’s no reason for you to go elsewhere looking for help. We’re here to Protect You from the IRS. The journey to ending your IRS nightmare has begun. There is a light ahead for you that will soon come into vision. We can help get the IRS off of your back! That isn’t a monkey. That’s a giant gorilla! You know EXACTLY what I’m talking about. The constant stress. You know that the IRS won’t go away. They’ll relentlessly pursue a tax bill. They’re continually hounding you with tools only available to the most-powerful collection agency on Earth. They have total power over your bank account, your paycheck, your home, your business, all of your assets. They’ll even come over to your house and knock on your door. Not always. They’re the IRS. We’ve all heard the stories like how the IRS sold a widow’s home for $6.30. They fully intend, and are required by law, to remain in hot pursuit of everything you own and all of your means of income for as long as they can.
Calm down now. Take a deep breath. And, read on because …
Every Tax Problem Has a Solution. That Solution Will Change Your Life.
When you started looking for help with your tax problem, you probably found that just about all tax resolution companies offer a “Free Consultation” of some sort. But what is that? Most of those so-called “consultations” that are done over the phone are simply a cursory question and answer session. The “consultant” is filling out what they call an Intake Form while you’re talking on the phone with them. That person most-likely won’t even be licensed to practice before the IRS. Ask for a license number and see. They’re usually sales people working for law firms. Closers they call them. I won’t list those companies here. Check out our Beware of Tax Scams for a discussion of some bad practices within the tax resolution industry.
At MIS Tax Pros, when you call our Enrolled Agent Hotline (1 on the phone system) you’ll connect directly with our Enrolled Agent Group. You will only discuss any of your personal financial matters directly with a licensed Enrolled Agent that has unlimited representation rights before the IRS. But, if you haven’t already completed the Tax Resolution Worksheet, they’ll ask you to come to this page and complete these steps. Until your EA has some numbers to work with, they can’t really help much because discussions just become theoretical and hypothetical without numbers to plug into our software. Our software basically does it all really. It allows us to model different settlements with the IRS based on your income and expenses along with other factors.
Facts and circumstances please! An understanding of your financial situation, as well as any relevant personal circumstances, is necessary to proceed with solidifying an optimal tax resolution plan tailored for you. Filling out the Tax Resolution Worksheet is best done at your leisure. Somewhat. If you’re serious about getting your tax problem taken care of, you can see the benefit of investing a few hours or so into the Worksheet. This small, easy step can set you on a path to put an end to the FEAR and dread you live with every day. That’s all it takes to get the ball rolling. Think of it as when you go to the doctor’s office and have those forms to fill out that we all hate to do. You can also think of it like this:
If You’re Getting Notices from the IRS, You’re Already in the Financial Emergency Room!
I promise you. As soon as we let you know that the IRS has the Form 2848 in their system for our Power of Attorney, you’ll start to feel it. The feeling of peace and calm. It won’t be total elation yet, like you’ll have when you know the IRS has called off the dogs and you’re in the clear again. The road to tax resolution can be long and windy. But, you’ll definitely feel a sense of calm come over you from the moment you know you have Representation. When you Declare your Representative on that one little form, you’re shield is up right then. We bring Peace and calm into the lives of people when they know they have someone to shield them from IRS over-reach. We fight to uphold the legal rights bestowed upon all taxpayer’s through the Taxpayer Bill of Rights. The best thing though is the feeling you’ll eventually come to know when you realize that the constant IRS haunting and hounding is finally coming to an end. The future can instantly be brighter for you. Act Now!
Knowing that we bring people back to where they can live their lives freely again, without wondering what the IRS is going to do to them next, brings a wonderful feeling of satisfaction and reward to our EAs.
Before you call to setup your Strategy Session, please complete the following two simple steps:
Step One
We need to know your financial and personal circumstances before we can find a solution for you. You’ll need to provide some current financial information so we can get straight to work figuring out the best move to make with the IRS. The short four-page Worksheet asks for numbers relating to items of income and expense. Assets and liabilities are listed as well. There are questions about business and investment ownership. There is a short series of yes/no-type questions. There are fill-in-the-blank questions too. Your answers will allow us to analyze your situation so we can provide you with an option or two for handling your tax matter.
It is not efficient or productive for us to do a four-page question and answer session over the phone. Invariably, people don’t know the answers to many questions without looking at financial records.
We utilize a specialized computer software program that aids us in formulating an optimized plan for you that is tailored to your finances and personal circumstances. Remember, this will be a Strategy Session, not your every-day consultation. Therefore, we ask that you complete the simple, self-explanatory worksheet, as mentioned earlier, before we set up your FREE Strategy Session. We’ll let you know when we’ve had a chance to enter your information into our analysis program and perform a thorough analysis for you. No personally identifiable information, such as Social Security numbers and birth dates are included on the Worksheet. So, you can be some random person. However, we need real numbers on the Tax Resolution Worksheet because we’ll be using them to determine how we’re going to be able to handle your tax matter. Based on the numbers you provide, we’ll be able to formulate some options for a tax resolution plan even…
before you pay us a dime!
The numbers you provide us should be as close as possible to actual numbers but don’t have to be ‘to the penny’ yet. When you send the contact form, a download link will appear on the page. “MIS Tax Resolution Worksheet” will be the link. You can click the link to download the Worksheet in pdf format immediately. Also, an email will be sent with an attachment of the Worksheet.
Please provide your name and email address below so we can send you the
Tax Resolution Worksheet.
Step Two
After you have the worksheet completed, you can Schedule Your Strategy Session at will. Just send us the Worksheet per the instructions included. Then, you’ll initiate a Strategy Session request through the form here and an Enrolled Agent will correspond with you through email to schedule about 20-30 minutes or so to visit with you over the phone. Meantime, your Enrolled Agent will run a thorough analysis with our computer software program. Your Enrolled Agent will clearly explain your tax resolution options during your Strategy Session.
If EMERGENCY action is required, your Enrolled Agent will begin helping you very quickly. We don’t charge a fee if we cannot help you and we don’t charge a fee until your Enrolled Agent determines that it is advisable to execute a Form 2848 with the IRS to begin representation and/or investigation.
